CM主修運動教練學- 透過解剖學、運動力學及營養學等不同範疇,提升身體機能。

曾於大型私人健身中心任教,擁有豐富的運動經驗及教學經驗,主力使用阻力訓練進行增肌減脂及改善痛症,擅長將複雜的動作拆解,以階段式逐步訓練。
