Joe 最初因減肥接觸泰拳,其後體會到專業拳擊訓練能提升體能、心肺功能、力量及減重等等好處,因而進修加深鍛鍊,並成為拳手及教練。
Joe相信無論任何人透過拳手模式訓練,皆能培養自律性、集中力,並提升身心靈達至更佳狀態;因此他致力為每位學員編定合適的訓練以達到訓練目標。
